Who's Brixby?
My name is Mr. Brixby, and Brixby Supply Co. exists because I believe the best things in life are built slowly, intentionally, and by hand. Like a good loaf of sourdough, the journey takes patience, consistency, and a willingness to keep showing up every day.
I didn’t start this brand with a big company behind me or a warehouse full of products. I started it because I love the process—baking bread, cooking real food, and using tools that are made to last. Along the way, I realized there are a lot of people who want the same thing: simpler kitchens, better tools, and the satisfaction of making something themselves.
That’s where Sam comes in. Together, we’re building Brixby Supply Co. one step at a time. We’re working toward creating products that actually help people cook, bake, and enjoy their time in the kitchen—whether that’s baking sourdough in a Dutch oven or using a simple baking mat that makes the process easier.
Where we’re going will take hard work, patience, and the support of people who believe in what we’re building. Every order, every loaf baked, and every person who chooses Brixby helps move us forward.
